01
Information we process
Suiki Pay may process wallet addresses, business profile details, payout addresses, checkout details, invoice metadata, payment status, refund records, webhook delivery logs, API key metadata, device and browser information, and support messages you choose to send.
We do not ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, card numbers, bank credentials, or wallet recovery details.
02
How information is used
We use information to verify wallet ownership, provide the merchant dashboard and APIs, generate checkout pages, send order updates, deliver webhooks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and maintain operational records.
Merchants and authorized operators may use Suiki Pay records to reconcile payments, support customers, process refunds, and understand the state of an order or checkout flow.
03
Public blockchain data
Sui transactions are recorded on a public network. Wallet addresses, transaction IDs, token transfers, timestamps, and other on-chain details may be visible to anyone using public explorers or network data providers.
Suiki Pay can organize those public records for business workflows, but it cannot make public blockchain activity private or remove confirmed network history.
04
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the product, such as with hosting providers, databases, analytics or security tools, wallet infrastructure, webhook destinations configured by the merchant, and legal or safety requests where required.
Suiki Pay uses service providers to host the product, operate databases, monitor reliability, protect the platform, and deliver configured webhooks. Merchants choose the webhook destinations and business systems they connect.
05
Retention and security
We keep operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support audit and reconciliation workflows.
We use practical technical and organizational safeguards, including scoped API keys, webhook signatures, access controls, and audit records. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
06
Choices and contact
You can review and update business profile information in the dashboard. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law gives you those rights.
For privacy questions or data requests, contact Suiki Pay support or the privacy contact published in the product.
